This video course will accelerate your preparation for the CDMP Fundamentals Exam or CDMP Specialist Exams. It covers the seven most important chapters of the DMBOK, which collectively contribute 70% of the content on the CDMP Fundamentals Exam.

All Crash Course videos are narrated by Nicole Janeway. Based on her five years of experience teaching the CDMP, Nicole breaks down the challenging concepts using human-friendly language and examples.

Each 3-5 minute video is followed by a Check Your Understanding section, which tests your knowledge with practice questions or matching exercise. Chapter Wrap-up Quizzes provide 10 questions in the style of the CDMP exam.
